The Church Portal is the coordination and member-management tool for Christlikeness Church. It gives leaders, volunteers, and members a clear, mobile-friendly way to manage the weekly rhythm of church life.

What it does

• People & families — look someone up on the People tab; add and edit records under Member records; households sit next to that in Administration.
• Ministries & roles — organize teams, tag leaders, and manage who serves.
• Schedules & events — build serving rotations and see what's coming up.
• Calendar — a unified view of events, schedules, birthdays, and anniversaries.
• Guest sign-ups & RSVP — capture new people and event responses, with duplicate detection against existing members.
• Administration — accounts and roles, campuses, church info, site styling, and Maintenance (backups, member import/export).

One place for everything

Member records, families, member types, campuses, church info, photos, and accounts are all owned by the portal, so leaders and administrators manage the church's records in a single, consistent place.
